The Second Decade of Docklands Development - Who will lead Melbourne?

The Second Decade of Docklands Development - Who will lead Melbourne?

As part of our coverage on the next ten years of Docklands Development and as the State Elections in Victoria draw closer, we have included exclusive interviews with Member for Melbourne, Bronwyn Pike MP, as well as the Liberal Candidate for Melbourne, Luke Martin and the Greens Candidate for Melbourne, Brian Walters.

Rather than include an article detailing what has been achieved thus far and what is proposed for the second decade of development, 3008 has presented the same questions to all political party representatives for the Melbourne electorate addressing some of the issues concerning residents in Docklands.

To add to this, we invited the candidates to pose a question of their own to their opposing candidates. It should be noted that Bronwyn Pike is the current Member for Melbourne and as noted in her statement at the end of the interview Minister Pike was happy to answer questions but did not find relevance in answering questions from non elected candidates. We respect
Ministers Pikes reasoning.

Please read on, we trust you will find our exclusive interview section interesting and informative.
