WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR DOCKLANDS

They say a week is a long time in politics, so the month ahead will surely be filled with excitement and drama in the lead up to the Federal Election on August 21st.

This month we have focused on the Victorian State Elections as November draws closer. We have compiled exclusive interviews with each of the Candidates for the Melbourne Electorate that represent Docklands. 3008 posed the same set of questions to each of the candidates and asked the candidates to pose a question of their own to their opposing candidates. I found conducting these interviews extremely interesting and I hope you will also on pages 18 -21, definitely food for thought.

August is all about the future of Docklands, as the second decade of Docklands development was officially launched and Lend Lease invites the community to have their say on the Victoria Harbour Updated Master Plan for the future of the area.

Of course, as always we bring you a bit of razza matazz on page 24 with our interview with Todd McKenney who reprises the role that made him a household name in The Boy From Oz , there are only a few shows so be quick, you don’t want to miss this production.
